1. Booking & Payments

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course.
* Full payment must be made prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
* No certificates will be issued until full payment has been received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
* If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.
* Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in loss of payment.
* In the event the academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, an alternative date will be offered.

3. Course Attendance

* Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may need to rebook.
* Full attendance is required to successfully complete the course.
* Missed sessions may incur an additional fee to rebook.

4. Entry Requirements

* Some courses may require prior qualifications or experience.
* It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet the entry requirements before booking.

5. Models

* Some courses may require students to bring their own models.
* Models must be suitable for treatment and over 18 years of age.
* The academy reserves the right to refuse treatment on any model deemed unsuitable.

6. Health & Safety

* Students must disclose any medical conditions prior to training.
* Professional behaviour and hygiene standards must be maintained at all times.
* The academy is not responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

7. Certification

* Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and assessments.
* Students must meet the required standards set by the trainer and awarding body (where applicable).

8. Insurance

* It is the student’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance before carrying out treatments on the public after qualification.

9. Liability

* The academy accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
* Students are responsible for their own tools and equipment unless provided.

10. Code of Conduct

* Respectful behaviour towards trainers, staff, models, and other students is expected at all times.
* Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

* All training materials remain the property of the academy and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
